Rachel Clarke ist one of nine storytellers performing at Stories on the Way, hosted by Scottish book author and storyteller, Janis MacKay. As the evenings get darker and Samhuinn (Halloween) draws nearer, we are happy to present stories of Spooks, Shivers and Chance Encounters. Rachel will share a ballad in which history catches up with us in a public park during a storm.

In May of this year, Margot Friedländer, author, Holocaust survivor and tireless activist, passed away at the age of 103. Throughout her life, she educated people, including children and young people, about the atrocities committed by the Nazis. Shortly before her death, she established a foundation with the aim of continuing her important educational work against forgetting.

As professional storytellers, we will tell stories on themes from her work. Admission is free. 100% of your donation will go to the Margot Friedländer Foundation, 10117 Berlin.
